Jennifer R. Taylor Bailey

Jennifer Taylor Bailey law practice focuses on the areas of estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, and guardianships and conservatorships. 

Ms. Bailey is admitted to practice law in the states of Colorado and Michigan, the U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Ms. Bailey is a member of the American Bar Association, the Trust & Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and the Denver Bar Association.  Ms. Bailey earned her Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University, School of Law, Lexington, Virginia in 1998.  She earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University.  Ms. Bailey served as a clerk for the Honorable C. Jean Stewart, presiding judge of the Denver Probate Court.
